Privacy policy
Last updated January 2026
This policy explains what DigiCare Store collects and why. It is written to satisfy the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR and the CCPA.
What we collect
- Analytics. Aggregate page views and outbound clicks through Google Analytics 4, where it is configured. IP addresses are truncated by Google before storage.
- Click logs. When you follow an outbound link we record the product, a coarse country, your device type and a one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address. The hash cannot be reversed into an IP, and the address itself is never written to disk.
- Email. Only if you type it into the newsletter or the contact form.
What we never do
We do not sell personal data, we do not run cross-site advertising pixels, and we do not store payment details โ every purchase happens on the merchant's own checkout under their policy, not ours.
What the merchant collects instead
Once you follow an outbound link you are on Digistore24's checkout and the merchant's site. Their privacy policies govern everything that happens there, including order data, shipping address and payment information. We receive only an anonymous notification that a sale occurred.
Health information
We do not ask for, collect or store any information about your health, your conditions or your medication. Please do not include medical details in the contact form โ we cannot advise on them, and we would rather not hold them.
Cookies
A session cookie keeps the site working, a preference cookie remembers your colour theme, and Google Analytics sets its own measurement cookies where analytics is enabled. You can refuse all of them and the site still works.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of anything we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased. Write to the address on the contact page and we will answer within 30 days.
